Players from all countries can PLAY!
Ever notice that once you might be in an even mood and go play blackjack or slots, you appear to do better than if you find yourself in a nasty mood? If you happen to never noticed that, maybe you're only a happy person, however the casinos understand how to condition you to play more money, and players should be prepared to use psychology on themselves, and their opponents! Personally, I FEEL the most important a part of that may be being patient and making good decisions.
The other day I saw a fellow playing on a craps machine (he had at the ugliest shirt I've ever seen, but that's another story) and he was happily winning. Later, he was playing blackjack close-by, and his stacks fluctuated, but he soon ran a $100 stack into $300 in red chips, then $400, after which the cards turned. I watched his stacks drop back to $300, then to $200, after which he bet everything he had left at the table. Are you able to guess where that is going? Maybe, maybe not, because after playing happily for a pair hours he could have been tired, or frustrated, or hungry, but he made that bad bet, and it gets worse!
The poor guy got a couple of eights, and dug in his wallet for $200 in cash. Yeah, the Gods weren't smiling, because he drew another eight, and had only $120 left to bet, so another player post the additional $80. Long story short (too late, right), the dealer made 20 and scooped everything. One impulsive bad decision took him from $100 winner to $420 loser. That's a nightmare.
Do yourself a favor. Don't take your frustrations out to your bankroll! While you get bored, or tired, or do not feel like playing anymore, treat your chips like your best friends and take them for a pleasant walk to the cashier and put them to bed for the night. Within the morning you may be much happier!
