Find out how to Play Soft Hands in Blackjack

Soft hands are hands that contain an ace. By playing correct basic strategy you reduce the home edge.

Time Required: one hour or less

Here's How:

Look on the dealers up card.

Look at your starting hand that contains an Ace.

If you've gotten Ace 2 or Ace 3: Double if the dealer has 5 or 6, otherwise hit.

If you've Ace 4 or Ace 5: Double if the dealer has 4 - 6, otherwise hit.

If you have got Ace 6: Double if the dealer has 3 - 6, otherwise hit.

If you could have Ace 7: Stand if the dealer has 2, 7 or 8. Double 3 - 6, otherwise hit.

If you will have Ace 8 or Ace 9: Always stand.

Tips:

Play soft hands until they grow to be hard hands.

You can only double at the first two cards.

Don't blame the dealer for losing. They only deliver the cards.
